The Legal Notice governs access to and use of the website that FUTBOL EMOTION makes available to Internet users to provide them with information about FUTBOL EMOTION, its products, activities and/or services.

Accessing and using the website constitutes acceptance of the Legal Notice. Therefore, please read the Legal Notice carefully before using the website, as it may be adapted and/or modified at any time. If you do not accept the Legal Notice, please refrain from using the website and its content.

The user agrees to use the website diligently and to use the information about the products contained therein in full compliance with applicable laws and the Legal Notice.

Accordingly, the user agrees to the following:

If the user breaches the Legal Notice or any other terms and conditions of the website,  FUTBOL EMOTION reserves the right to limit, suspend and/or terminate their access to the website, taking any technical measures necessary to that end, at any time and without prior notice.

The user shall be liable for any loss or damage of any kind that FUTBOL EMOTION may suffer as a result of a breach of any of the obligations imposed on the user by the Legal Notice or applicable law in connection with the use of the website.

Social media 

FUTBOL EMOTION has profiles on certain social media platforms to provide information about its products and activities.

Users who join any of the profiles opened by FUTBOL EMOTION on social media must respect and comply with the terms and conditions of the social media platform in question. 

FUTBOL EMOTION may take the following actions:

  • Access public information on the user profile.
  • Send direct messages through the social media platform’s channels when permitted.
  • Update the status of the profile displayed on the user profile. 

FUTBOL EMOTION reserves the right to hold competitions, promotions and/or giveaways through its social media accounts.

Advertising

FUTBOL EMOTION may include advertising content and/or third-party sponsorships on the website. Advertisers and sponsors shall be solely responsible for ensuring that the material submitted for inclusion on the website fully complies with all applicable laws.

Accordingly, FUTBOL EMOTION shall not be liable for any errors, inaccuracies and/or irregularities contained in advertising content or sponsorship materials, nor for any breaches of applicable laws.

Link Policy

Any third party intending to include on a website (“Linking Site”) a link to the website, or frame the website, must obtain the prior written consent of FUTBOL EMOTION. 

In no event shall the authorization granted by FUTBOL EMOTION imply that it endorses, promotes, guarantees and/or recommends the content and/or services of the Linking Site, nor that it is responsible for the Linking Site’s content.

The Linking Site must comply with applicable laws and may not, under any circumstances, host unlawful and/or harmful content (violent, racist, derogatory, etc.) or content that is inappropriate or irrelevant to FUTBOL EMOTION’s products and/or services.

In the event of a breach of any of the terms set out above, FUTBOL EMOTION will immediately revoke the consent granted to the Linking Site, which must then remove the link.

Intellectual and industrial property

Severability

If any clause of the Legal Notice is declared, in whole or in part, null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness shall affect only that provision or the part thereof that is null or ineffective, and the rest shall remain in full force and effect, with such provision or the affected part thereof deemed not to have been included.

For such purposes, the Legal Notice shall cease to be valid exclusively with respect to the null or ineffective provision, and no other part or provision thereof shall be annulled, invalidated, impaired, or affected by such nullity or ineffectiveness.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

Access to and use of the website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law.

In the event of any conflict or discrepancy in the interpretation and/or application of the Legal Notice, the competent courts shall be those provided for by the applicable legal regulations.
