We ship internationally to almost every country in the world. Select your country of destination in the purchase process and you will be able to check the prices of the shipping charges and the estimated delivery time. Products personalized with name and/or number have an additional delivery time of 4 working days to what is indicated on the payment page.

Keep in mind the availability date indicated throughout the purchase process, especially in case it is a pre-sale.

Remember that the prices indicated in the purchase process refer to shipping costs, and not customs costs (unless otherwise indicated). REFUND POLICY

Right of withdrawal

In any case, it will not be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal on:

  1. a) Personalized products do not admit returns or changes.
  2. b) Products that after delivery have been handled beyond what is considered a logical use to verify their normal use and are not suitable for resale.
  3. c) The provision of services, once the service has been fully executed, when the execution has begun, with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with the recognition on their part that they are aware that, once the contract has been fully executed by the employer, you will have lost your right of withdrawal.
  4. d) The supply of goods or the provision of services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the employer cannot control and that may occur during the withdrawal period.

  6. f) The supply of goods that can deteriorate or expire quickly (food, flowers, fruit baskets...).
  7. g) The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery (underwear).
  8. h) The supply of goods that, after their delivery and taking into account their nature, have been mixed inseparably with other goods.

IMPORTANT:

Personalized products do not admit returns or changes.

The customer is responsible for the return costs.

Guarantee

Porteromania SL does everything in its power to deliver the Products in an optimal state. However, if you receive a Product that you believe is faulty, you must keep it in its current condition in order for us (or our agent) to check it within a reasonable period of time. In the case of a defective product, the seller must proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract, procedures that will be free for the consumer and user. The guarantee will begin on the same day of delivery and/or acceptance of the order.

If, pursuant to the Agreement, you want us to repair or replace the Product or refund the amount you paid, you must ensure that the Product:

  1. a) It has not been used incorrectly or negligently, has not been handled improperly or recklessly and has not been subjected to abnormal or harmful conditions. In this regard, manufacturing defects will not be considered but rather incorrect use and/or wear caused by normal use:

A.1 ) Any customized product washed with corrosive chemicals.

A.2) Any personalized product washed without following the manufacturer's instructions. Example: Wash at more than 30ºC.

A.3) Any damage produced as a result of a wrong choice of size.

In the event that the Product does not meet any of the aforementioned requirements, we can decide, at our discretion, not to repair or replace the Product or to refund the amount paid and/or we can ask you to reimburse all transport and revision costs arising according to current standard rates. To carry out said refund, we can charge the aforementioned costs to your credit or debit card account or use the payment details provided when placing the Order. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages or expenses that may result from the process.

The Customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of contracting the Products to exercise their right of withdrawal.

The General Contract Conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law.
